Our Scar & Stretch Mark Revision treatment uses advanced fractional laser technology (including ProDeep® and DualMode wavelengths) to remodel damaged tissue from the inside out. By stimulating collagen and elastin, it smooths raised or indented scars, improves elasticity, and fades discoloration.
If residual redness or pigment is present, we can add IPL (for redness) or Pico Toning (for brown/gray discoloration) to accelerate fading.

The laser delivers precise energy deep into the dermis, stimulating new collagen and elastin while resurfacing the outer layers of skin. This dual approach softens the appearance of scars and stretch marks, smooths texture, and improves overall skin quality.
After cleansing and prepping the skin, a topical numbing cream is applied for comfort. The laser handpiece is then passed across the scarred or stretched areas, delivering controlled energy to resurface and stimulate healing. You’ll feel warmth and light snapping sensations. Treatments take 30–60 minutes, depending on the size of the area.
Downtime depends on the intensity of treatment and the size of the area. For lighter revision sessions, expect redness and swelling for 2–3 days, with a sandpaper-like texture as skin heals. For more aggressive resurfacing, downtime can be 7–10 days with peeling, flaking, or crusting.
Aftercare includes:
- Gentle cleansing and keeping the area moisturized
- Vinegar soaks for deeper resurfacing treatments to aid healing and reduce bacteria
- Avoiding sun, heat, and exercise until cleared by your provider
